A Servant To The Saviour - The thought came to me one day that I'm no longer a Slave to Sin but a Servant to the Saviour! I sent this thought out to several folks and even posted it on social media. A special friend and inspiration to me, Ms. Sandra Waldrop commented that it sounded like I was working on writing a new song, well I wasn't at the time LOL but after she had made that statement, my mind started working and I started praying that God would give me a song! It was Sunday, July 13th 2022 we stayed at church all day between the services and I wrote this song. The 3rd verse is my favorite... lakes of love, rain of mercy, streams of grace.
